The game follows Ren and Yui, two rooftop climbers who find themselves drawn into a cursed tower haunted by the terrifying Rokurokubi. Players must use climbing and stealth mechanics to navigate the tower's heights while avoiding the creature that stalks them.
As the pair ascend higher, the line between reality and madness blurs, and the story gradually reveals unsettling truths about who Ren and Yui really are.
