Refund policy

Tips are final and are not refunded.

The exception is a mistake: a tip you sent by accident, for the wrong amount, or twice. Contact support within 14 days of the payment and the mistaken tip will be refunded.

You can cancel a membership at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the membership then ends without renewing.

There are no refunds, full or partial, for the unused part of a period.

Deleting your Revealed account cancels every membership immediately: access ends at once, and the rest of the current period is not refunded.

If you see a charge you don't recognise, contact support and tell us the date and amount. We will help you work out what it was.
