The story follows three high school friends, Haruka Nanami, Nemu Takanashi, and Maria Hitsugi, as they explore the abandoned Amare Est Vivere Hospital. Streamer Nemu hopes to boost her subscriber count by testing the urban legend of "Ayame's Mercy," but the legend proves true, triggering a decades-old curse that pulls the trio into a dark realm.

Trapped within this twisted version of the hospital, the girls must evade the vengeful spirit of Ayame Kirishima along with other horrors tied to the building's dark history, all while searching for a way to finally dispel the curse.
