Five Nights at Freddy's: Secret of the Mimic

Five Nights at Freddy's: Secret of the Mimic is an adventure title developed by Steel Wool Studios and published by Scottgames, released on June 13th, 2025. It's available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and VR platforms.

The game takes players into the abandoned workshop of Murray's Costume Manor to investigate the mystery left behind by reclusive inventor Edwin Murray. At the center of the story is the Mimic, a prototype endoskeleton capable of adapting to any costume and becoming any character, including whatever the player fears most.

Armed with limited gadgets and a heavily redacted corporate briefing, players must explore the deserted manor, piece together cryptic clues, and retrieve Fazbear's prized prototype technology while evading the shadowy threat stalking the halls.

The experience emphasizes exploration and tension as players uncover remnants of Edwin's unfinished work throughout the labyrinthine manor, all while trying to survive an ever-present and adaptable danger.
