Foundation is a city-building simulator developed and published by Polymorph Games for PC. It is powered by the studio's proprietary Hurricane engine, built to handle the thousands of moving parts involved in constructing sprawling medieval settlements while also supporting full mod support.

The game focuses on organic urbanism rather than rigid grid-based construction, letting cities grow more naturally as they would in medieval history. Narrative encounters influenced by Crusader Kings II add a storytelling layer to the simulation, as players work to appease different factions while expanding their land into a larger kingdom.
