Heartworm is a survival-horror shooter from developer Vincent Adinolfi and publisher DreadXP, releasing on PC on July 31, 2025.
Heartworm sends players through a threshold into a world shaped by memories, where a camera doubles as both a means of defense and a tool for uncovering the mysteries surrounding death.
The game presents itself as a reverent evolution of 90's survival horror, blending classic fixed-camera perspectives with modern over-the-shoulder viewpoints to create its atmosphere.
Developed by Vincent Adinolfi and published by DreadXP, Heartworm is set to release on PC on July 31, 2025.
