Look Outside

Look Outside is a role-playing survival horror game developed by Francis Coulombe and published by Devolver Digital for PC, released March 21, 2025.

You're stuck inside an apartment building whose interior has turned warped and hostile. Explore its twisted halls, fight monsters that were once your neighbors, and manage weapons and ammunition to stay alive.

Beyond combat, day-to-day survival matters: cook meals, craft bombs from household supplies, play video games to keep your sanity in check, and decide whether to answer the door. Whatever happens, don't let them in — and don't look outside.

The game's music was composed by Eric Shumaker, and the project originated as an entry made in one month for the Hawktober game jam.
