NBA 2K25 is a basketball simulation game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K. It puts players in control of every aspect of the game, from individual possessions to franchise-level decisions, aiming to capture the authenticity and realism of professional basketball.

Powered by ProPLAY, the game gives players refined control over on-court action, translating real basketball movement and mechanics into gameplay. Multiple modes let players build their own legacy, including MyCAREER for personal player progression, MyTEAM for roster building, MyNBA for franchise management, and The W for women's basketball.

The game is available on Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and Nintendo Switch, releasing on September 6, 2024.
